Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TrackForge is an advertising measurement and reporting service operated by F&D Limited, Hong Kong SAR. For any privacy question write to support@mail.rydflux.shop.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, role, sign-in sessions and an audit log of actions taken in the product.
• Platform authorisation — OAuth tokens you explicitly grant when connecting an ad platform, and the advertiser accounts, campaigns and spend figures those tokens allow us to read.
• Campaign data — clicks, landing page visits, conversion postbacks and aggregated country, device and browser information.
• Technical data — hashed IP address, user agent, language and referrer, used for de-duplication, fraud filtering and troubleshooting.

3. How we use data

• To provide click tracking, conversion attribution, reporting and profit analysis for the client who owns the account.
• To synchronise platform advertising spend so cost and return on ad spend can be calculated.
• To keep the service secure, detect anomalies and maintain availability.

4. Sharing

We do not sell data. Data is shared only with the advertising platforms and affiliate networks you configure (to read the data you authorised), the cloud providers that host the service, and where required by law. One client’s data is never shown to another client.

5. Storage and retention

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 databases in the region where the service is deployed. Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM. Retention periods are configured by the account administrator; expired data is removed automatically.

6. Your rights

You can disconnect a platform integration at any time, which deletes the stored token. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the address above; we respond within 30 days.
