Terms of Service

1. The service

TrackForge provides tracking links, landing page hosting, conversion postbacks, advertising platform data synchronisation and reporting. Features depend on the plan and deployment the customer uses.

2. Accounts and authorisation

You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you are entitled to connect the advertising and affiliate accounts you add. The scope and duration of platform access is decided by the platform, not by us.

3. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for fraud, infringement, malware distribution, breach of advertising platform policies or any unlawful activity. We may suspend an account that violates these rules.

4. Data

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and transmit the campaign data you send to the service.

5. Third-party platforms

The service depends on APIs operated by advertising platforms. Their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control and may change without notice.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. Third-party interfaces, exchange rates and attribution results can change; we do not warrant that data is free of error or that the service will be uninterrupted.
