What TrackForge does
A client connects their own advertising and affiliate accounts. TrackForge joins campaign delivery with conversion revenue and produces a single profit view per campaign, day and ad platform.
Click & visit tracking
Each campaign gets a tracking domain that records clicks and landing page visits, filters bots and applies traffic distribution rules.
Conversion attribution
Server-to-server postbacks from affiliate networks are matched back to the click and campaign that produced them.
Platform spend sync
Authorised ad accounts are read through the platform APIs so real spend, impressions and clicks sit next to revenue.
Profit & ROAS reporting
Revenue minus actual platform cost, with ROAS, margin and per-campaign breakdowns, exportable to CSV and Excel.
Controlled account actions
An operator can pause or resume a campaign after explicit approval, with a full audit trail and one-click rollback.

How we use TikTok’s Business API
Access is granted by the client through TikTok’s official authorisation flow. We never ask for TikTok account credentials directly.
- Reporting — read advertiser account, campaign, ad group and ad level metrics (spend, impressions, clicks) for the accounts the client explicitly authorises, so those figures can be reconciled against conversion revenue.
- Ads Management — only where the client enables it: pause or resume a campaign, ad group or ad after an operator approves the action inside TrackForge. Every action records the previous value so it can be reverted.
Data is used solely to produce reports for the authorising client. It is never sold and never shared with other clients. Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-GCM) and a client can revoke access at any time, which deletes the stored token.

TrackForge is used by direct-response advertisers and agencies. Client names and references are shared with platform partners on request under NDA.
